This collection of articles will teach you everything you need to know about the Data and Ad Feeds in the SCE Starter Kit.

• Overview: Design Time and Debug Time Data Feed
  This document provides information about the sample Data Feeds which are included for your use during design and debugging, and instructions about how to replace these sample feeds with your own data.
• Data Feed Spec
  This in-depth article provides information about the Master Feed, Edition Feed, and Story Article XML documents which will hold the content for your Syndicated Client Experience. These feeds are based on RSS 2.0 extended with elements from a custom namespace.
• Ad Feed Spec
  The SCE Starter Kit includes an Ad Feed which, like the Syndicated Client Experience (SCE) data feed, is based on RSS 2.0 and extended with custom namespace. The purpose of the Ad Feed is to 1) Allow the Starter Kit based app to sync and store ads offline and to 2) Allow the application to select an appropriate ad based on the available ad inventory. • Content Sync Extensions Spec
  The Content Sync Extensions (CSE) Spec defines a small set of extensions necessary to enable unidirectional data sync for rich, occasionally connected SCE Starter Kit applications.
