I have copied exactly what is in the video to get a list of employees to be displayed in the list view however everytime I try and run the project I get:

Cannot create instance of 'Window1' defined in assembly 'test, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'. Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.  Error in markup file 'Window1.xaml' Line 1 Position 9.

Am I missing something here?

I don't know if it's just me (or if it is, why) but the sound seems to get out of sync by about 10 seconds by the end of the video.  The video seems to lag behind the audio.  Same for the downloadable files.
