The quality on this video is markedly worse than other videos on this site.  It is pretty much unwatchable.  The audio breaks up often, the video macroblocks constantly, its hard to follow what is going on as the display updates in spurts, etc.  It seems like it needs to be re-encoded using a higher bitrate.
