For installed applications, users can use the Add/Remove programs UI to undo the last update. Users can only undo the last update, & only if it was an optional update. That version is marked as undesired in that user’s app store & the user will not be prompted to update to that version again. Users can only rollback one update. A user can still get the latest version of the application by launching the application via a URL.
